The island of Anegada is a rare place in this world. With a population less than 200 on a flat sandy island the size of Manhattan, daily sailors make the sail from Tortola north to this isolated and blissful island. Daily during the sailing season, the island's population doubles and the Anegadians have noticed. Anegada restaurants accommodate with their local lobsters cooked over open fire in oil barrels.
This photograph captures the ritualistic fire that cooks Anegada's local gold, the lobster.
